Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate and encourage the children in activities during the day.
2. Help the children control behavior using a positive approach and consistent in discipline techniques.
3. Allow the children to be independent.
4. Comply with all State Child Care Regulations and Center Policies.
5. Project a professional image to parents, staff and campus personal.
6. Maintain good communication with students, parents, and campus personnel.
7. Assist in large group or center activities.
8. Document all accidents, behavior and health changes in the children we serve.
9. Attend scheduled staff meetings and participate in training required by TDPRS (Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services).
10. All the above but not limited to any other duties assigned by Center/Site Director.
